Olives are most beneficial for overall human health; It is considered liquid Gold due to its huge benefits to Mankind. People are using olives and olive oil from ancient times for cooking, pharmaceutical, ointment etc. 
Olive oil contains abundant Vitamins, essential for human body. Especially mono-saturated fatty acids, which are helpful in reducing accumulation of cholesterol in human body.

First, be careful there are several types and qualities of Olive oil in the Market. You should be aware of the right type and quality to meet your requirement.

Extra Virgin


Extra Virgin is the premium quality Olive oil, rich in vitamins and minerals; it is the fresh cold pressed Olive juice with rich flavor and dark color with slight aroma, used primarily for Hair massage, topping over food, dressing on salad and to consume in liquid form.  It is not suitable for cooking or frying purposes, as it loses its vitamins if exposed to heat.
